Preprinting

Precision, reliability and attention to detail apply throughout Decal In’s entire production process, starting from the preprinting phase: from the preparation of the film and the stretching of the screen, to the etching of the image to be printed on the screen, every phase is carried out with attention to every detail.

Inks and raw materials

The quality of raw materials is guaranteed and is assured from the time of selection of the materials.
Decal In selects the most suitable inks and materials for the production of decals and decorations for industrial machines, in order to meet the strict requirements of OEM specifications and to provide a guarantee of resistance of up to 7 years, also in outdoor locations.
UV and solvent-based inks, with personalised mixes, made to order or with PANTONE/RAL shades supplied directly by the producer. Quality PVC, suitable for industrial applications, guaranteed by brands such as 3M.

Printing

In the printing phase, Decal In produces decals and decorations for industrial vehicles with the best and most innovative technologies in the graphics and industrial printing sector through the use of traditional screen printing machines, digital thermal transfer and ink jet printing.

Cutting and tape application

In the screen printing and industrial decoration sector, Decal In carries out the cutting phases according to the procedure most appropriate for the materials used and the quantity of decals and decorations for industrial vehicles required, through traditional cutting – which allows for a high level of craft precision, repeatable on large runs – and cutting plotter – a process suitable for small and medium quantities, prespaced stickers or graphics with precise shapes. After cutting, Decal In moves on to the laying of the application tape: all the products are covered with an adhesive paper that protects the print and the colours, facilitating application in the case of prespaced graphics and stickers.

Organization, data control and stock management

All the data are constantly registered and monitored for carrying out checks and comparisons.
